Keeping Pupils Safe Online
Information Session
Friday 28th April 2023
9.30am - 11.00am
The first of three sessions taking place between April to July, to discuss how to keep your young person safe online, we will look at what we are doing as a school, what can be done at home and how we are supporting your young person with understanding how to navigate Social media safely.
This session would be ideal for someone who has a young person with access to the internet, and is unsure how to support them at home.
A form will be going to all parents in the next few weeks to help guide the session and assess what the school can do to support your young person.
See you there.
Mr M Rainsbury
Assistant Head, Year 7 & 8

HILLINGDON - ULEZ SURVEY
Tell Us How the ULEZ Expansion Would Affect You -

Did you know that if TfL's Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) is expanded to cover Hillingdon and you own a non-compliant car, it could cost you £12.50 a day just to do the school run?  While we encourage people to use sustainable transport for the school drop-off and pick-up, we understand some people have little alternative but to use their cars.

 |
  |
That's why Hillingdon Council has launched a survey to measure the probable impact of the expansion of the ULEZ on the borough's families and businesses.
The council is also keen to find out how many vehicle owners will be making use of TfL's scrappage scheme. The survey includes links for those taking part in the survey to check if their vehicle is ULEZ compliant.
The survey will run until Sunday 16th April. To share your views, visit www.hillingdon.gov.uk/ulez-survey

Our 'Preparing for Adulthood' Event is targeted at exploring next steps for young people with Special Educational Needs. We would like to invite young people, parents, carers, local schools, and local businesses to our Learning and Development Centre.
We especially encourage prospective learners and their parents/carers to come to our event, to gain an insight to what Green Corridor can offer. There will be opportunities to speak to supported internship providers, local volunteering opportunities and staff at Green Corridor about the next steps for your young person. Including a tour of our lovely SEN provision!
To register for this event, please head over to the booking page on our website!
