Working hours: 36 hours per week on a shift basis (52 weeks per year). 

Meadow High School is a special needs school which provides education for secondary aged students aged 11-19 years with moderate and complex needs including challenging behaviour and autism. The school had received a good OFSTED report for the quality of the teaching.

We require a full time site assistant who is able to provide a caretaking service for the school, ensuring that the school premises are kept to the approved standard or specification, and to ensure that the school provides a clean and secure environment for its pupils.

Applicants will have:

  • Have sound experience in general maintenance and repairs.
  • To be able to meet the physical demands of the post, as the job involves a lot of walking, heavy lifting and moving.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team member.
  • Be able to take initiative to prioritise workload.
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Have experience working in schools (desirable)
  • Have a full and clean uk driving license (desirable)

We are looking for an experienced IT Network Manager to proactively manage on a day to day basis and be responsible for an ICT infrastructure that is secure, reliable, robust and resilient and that supports all aspects of teaching and learning, along with operational and administrative support, across the school.

Applicants MUST have:

  • Experience in ITIL service management.
  • A recognised IT qualification (Microsoft, CISCO, CompTIA). 
  • Experience of setting up and supporting servers with virtualisation software, and managing virtual machines.
