You will work with students aged 11–19 who present with a wide range of needs, including autistic spectrum condition (ASC), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), global developmental delay, learning disabilities and complex medical conditions such as respiratory, neurological and neuromuscular pathologies.

Meadow High School is growing to meet the needs of our local community. In partnership with the Local Authority, we are developing a brand-new site in Harefield, Northwood Road, which will provide a specialist learning environment for up to 100 Pathway 1 pupils. This state-of-the-art provision is due to open in Autumn 2026.
