At Meadow High School we LOVE to put on a show!    

We have several performances throughout the year.

The Winter Shows - Pathway 2-4

Currently, we run two Winter Performances:

•  A Combined Year 7&8 Winter Music Showcase, where pupils from Year 7 & 8 put on a performance of what they have been learning in Music to their parents.
   
• There is also a combined Year 9, 10 and 11 Winter Dance and Drama Show Case, where pupils develop their own ideas and scripts performing to their parents.  By combining year 9, 10 and 11. Year 9 parents are able to see the types of performance their pupils will be able to produce should they pick Dance or Drama as an options subject for Key Stage 4.

Signing & Glee Concert

This concert takes place in a range of venues each year but is often held by our school. It is a celebration of signing and singing from a range of schools in our community, pupils who do Choir singing/Glee club are able to participate.

Assembly Performances

Throughout the year we put on a range of assemblies for parents or the school, which explore what we are learning in curriculum and showcase activities and skills that have been developed through enrichment days, workshops or Arts trips. We are currently developing links with outside sources to give pupils opportunities to perform more in the community.
