This week has been an exciting week at Meadow with lots of fun and enriching activities in school all based around the theme Inclusion and Diversity.

Pupils have been participating in Carnival Dance, Djembe Drumming, Yoga and Samba Drumming with instructors from India, Kenya, Brasil and London! 

They have been learning about Rights Respecting Schools and putting together Arts and Crafts activities based on a broad variety of themes linked to Inclusion and Diversity, in preparation for their class activity stall for Fridays Diversity Day

They have been making and preparing items on very varied subject matter such as: Sri Lankan Piñatas, creating Afghan inspired Kites, learning to decorate biscuits with flags and learning about Henna hand designs.

We look forward to seeing you there and some fabulous photos of all the pupils dressed up in clothing of their culture or multicoloured outfits to celebrate tomorrow.
