Ducklings Come to Meadow

This year in L5 we thought we would try something different. Instead of our usual chick hatching experience, we thought we would hatch ducklings! On Monday 5  June our eggs arrived.  We had nine eggs to start and five of them hatched. Their breed is Khaki Campbell, so they are not yellow like you would usually expect instead they are olive green. They have been enjoying seeing
the classes so far and are very sociable. They especially love swimming in their paddling pool. Look out for more pictures on the school Twitter!
