Steel Bones walking challenge

Dear parents/carers,

Throughout January, Meadow High School will be raising money for Steel Bones, a charity who support amputees. We would like to raise money for Steel Bones to commemorate a staff member’s amputation one year ago. On 25^th January, students are asked to wear non-uniform clothes. The theme is heroes and people we look up to. We are asking for a voluntary donation of £1 which will be donated to Steel Bones.

Additionally, the whole school will be walking 365 miles across January as part of their class activities.

Students are invited to walk in their free time also. Tutors can be contacted to add any walking to our school record; let us know how many minutes of walking your child achieves and we will add it to our total.
