Dear parents

Polite reminder:

If your child requires to take medication in school please ensure that this is in date and returns to school with them is September, clearly labelled with the original prescription label stating your child's name and the correct dose of medication required.

Children prescribed emergency medication for medical conditions such as Epilepsy, Anaphylaxis and Asthma will require two of each medication as stated in our school medical policy.

Antibiotics will only be given at school if they are prescribed four times a day.

Any medication handed into school must be in the original container clearly showing the original prescription label stating your child's name and the correct doses to be given throughout the day,.
