We’re excited to share highlights from our recent dance performance visit that took place on Friday 26th September. Our students had the wonderful opportunity to attend a live performance by the London Children's Ballet here at Meadow High School, and it was truly an inspiring experience!

The performance showcased a variety of dance styles, including ballet, contemporary and jazz, and featured professional young dancers who captivated the audience with their talent, energy, and storytelling through movement. Students were especially engaged during the interactive segment and had the chance to say hello and congratulate them during the meet and greet session.

This visit supported our curriculum by deepening students’ understanding of artistic expression, rhythm, and body movement. It also encouraged them to think critically about how dance can communicate emotion and tell stories without words.

We’re proud of how respectful, curious, and enthusiastic our students were throughout the trip. Experiences like this help broaden their cultural awareness and appreciation for the performing arts.
