Today in Crunchy Munchy, we were excited to use fresh, completely organic produce straight from our very own Royal Lane garden. The crisp, home grown lettuce in our taco salad was harvested by a dedicated team of students and staff who have nurtured the garden with great care and commitment.

Thanks to their hard work, not only did we enjoy fresh, organic lettuce for our meal, but they’ve also successfully grown and sold radishes and wildflowers! 

Staff loved the dish and appreciated the delicious, healthy flavours straight from the garden.

It’s wonderful to see our garden project thriving and bringing fresh flavours directly from the soil to our plates. 

Amazing effort from everyone involved—here’s to many more harvests to come!
