Issue 33 - Friday 6 June 2025
|
|
Dear families,
It has been another busy week of learning here at Meadow as we start Summer Term 2 and the count-down to the summer holidays.
It will be a busy term. We still have sports day, saying goodbye to our leavers as they prepare for their next steps, welcoming our new starters for transition visits, the last of our functional skills, GCSE and other examinations and the completion of coursework and courses and prom to look forward to.
In this term we will also be saying goodbye to Mrs Rigby and hello to Mr Graham Cunningham, who has started to make regular visits to get to know staff, students and families.
Have a good weekend.
Kind regards,
Amy Willis and Michelle Taylor
Deputy Headteachers

PETITION TO SAVE THE HILLINGDON RURAL ACTIVITIES GARDEN CENTRE
The Hillingdon Rural Activities Garden Centre is on the edge of being closed down.
We have been asked to share the petition to keep it running to benefit the local community, especially people with additional needs. Some of you know that our students go there for weekly work experience and this benefits them hugely.
Please see the link below, and please sign the petition. This link will ask for a small donation, but you don't have to donate (you can skip that).

Please sign the petition for RAGC to save it. If possible, share the link with family and friends.
Thank you !
