TICKETS ARE STILL AVAILABLE
Last year, I attended the Production Fundraiser for the first time. It was so much fun!
I was amazed at the effort the staff and pupil helpers had gone to in dressing up as Disney characters. There was music and dancing, the food was delicious and beautifully presented on a themed platter too. Pupils were having a lovely time, dancing with their friends and playing on the various games and stalls around the hall or having their photo taken in the photo booth. It was really nice to meet and talk to other families informally. Younger and other siblings were equally welcome and entertained .
All the money raised goes to fund the Summer Production. providing props, scenery, costumes etc. My son is in the Sixth Form at Meadow and loves taking part in the Summer Production (and Scriptwriters Club). The benefits he gets from being involved in the Production are many—social interaction, communication, friendship, leadership, confidence and fun as well as acting, singing, dancing and performance skills.
Please come along and enjoy and support the Musical Fundraiser event. Your support will mean that Meadow can continue to put on the wonderful productions which our children and young people enjoy and benefit so greatly from.
